Our protocols
Our orthodontists continually update our clinical protocols to meet current orthodontic standards.
AF Distal
Aligneurs Français’ sequential distalization protocol enables progressive, controlled tooth movement thanks to 50% movement sequencing, guaranteeing optimal anchorage control. The protocol is fully customizable to suit the practitioner’s preferences.
What’s more, we ensure optimal root control during movement by optimizing the shape, size and position of the cleats, maximizing treatment precision and stability of results.
AF Extract
To meet the needs of complex orthodontic cases, Les Aligneurs Français offers an optimized protocol for premolar extraction. This solution enables tip and root torque to be maintained, ensuring precise, stable control of tooth movement for optimal functional and aesthetic results.
We offer sequencing protocols adapted to different anchorage levels: minimum, maximum or critical. These options enable practitioners to adjust treatment to the patient’s mechanical requirements and anatomy.
AF Deep
To treat moderate to severe overbites, Aligneurs Français offers a sequenced ingression protocol (Frog Protocol), designed to deliver reliable, predictable results. This protocol is based on alternating incisal and canine movements, while maintaining stable posterior anchorage. With this approach, we ensure that these dental movements are more effective. Mandibular ingression, often considered one of the most complex movements to achieve, is thus greatly facilitated.
AF Open
The AF OPEN treatment protocol offers the possibility of correcting dento-skeletal gaps by molar ingression. This protocol is based on a controlled and progressive sequencing of posterior movements, studied overcorrections and the application of specialized cleats on the anchoring teeth, favoring increased predictability of these difficult displacements. Thanks to this protocol, AF OPEN makes it possible to reduce the overbite with greater precision, resulting in molar ingression of up to 2 mm.
